We provide you with individual profiles for each application including values, motivations, attitudes, their resources and their suitability for the position, as well as a prioritization of the files including the criteria of diplomas, experience, languages, others, etc. according to your needs and requests.

We rely on a battery of tests(*) configured for the company with the definition of a standard job profile – possibility of specific developments as needed – and carry out an internal search for relevance.

The tests can be taken either individually or in groups, in situ or online. It is secure and guarantees full respect for privacy.

At your request, we can take care of negative responses – sending individual results by email to each unsuccessful person who has completed the tests.
