A preliminary interview with the management and Human resources is conducted to identify the company’s values, required skills and resources for the position, the expected attitudes of the candidate and the success criteria.

Our specific test program provides you with individual profiles for each candidate including values, motivations, attitudes, resources and suitability for the position, as well as a ranking of the dossiers based on defined criteria as diploma, experiences, language skills, others, … according to your needs and requests.

We use an original test battery(*) composed in line with the needs of your company and the job profile – specific developments are possible according to your need. An internal criteria relevance test is conducted to verify the suitability of the instrument.

The tests can be taken either individually or in groups, in situ or online. The test system is secured and matches the usual requirements of personal data protection and respect of the candidates’ privacy.

In a personal session we deepen the interpretation and comprehension of test results and outline concrete recommendations on strengths and areas for improvement. (**) (**)

At your request, we assume the communication of negative responses to unsuccessful candidates by emailing their results and personal profile to them.

(**) (**) We provide training in the interpretation of results for human resources employees who desire to use our tests and interpret them autonomously.

The identity of the candidates can be verified thru a webcam. All generated data is hosted in Switzerland. Candidates are able to be tested from home on their personal PC or MAC.
